1. Do you have my size in a factory Blem?
Answer: Probably. If not, We'll try to get them for you.
6. How do I care for these Boots?
Answer: Every leather differs a little.     Just ask and our knowledgeable staff give you the answer.
2. How fast can I get my boots?
Answer:  In most cases - 3 days in the Continental US.  10 days to Alaska and Hawaii via Priority Mail.  Europe is sometimes 3 to 7 days by Express Mail.
7. Are Chippewa Boots better than Redwing?
Answer:  We're not sure. If your a believer, what ever you believe is correct.  But, I'm partial to Chippewa.
3. Just what is a Factory Blem?
Answer: Usually surface scratches, sometime a dropped stitch.   Blem boots that develop problems after being worn off the carpet carry no warranty of Quality and may not be returned.
8. Can you ship to Europe or Asia?
Answer: Yes- We ship to the world via Global Express Mail,  Its faster and less expensive than UPS.
4. May I return them if I don't like the way they fit? (or feel, or look, or anything.)
Answer: Yes.  For any reason as long as they haven't been worn off the carpeted surface, you may return the boots. But  remember, the customer always pays the shipping cost.

9. If something happens to these boot 6 months from now, what then?
Answer:   BootsUSA can not give a lifetime warrantee on our products. We can only warrantee 1st Quality Boots.  Blem boots are sold as is and no return accepted once boots are worn off the carpet.

5. Do they have a Steel Shank  or  Toe?
Answer:  Steel toe will be in the product description and you can assume all welted boots have steel shanks.
10. Is there anything else I should know?
Answer:  BootsUSA Mission Statement-    "Provide the best possible product at the lowest possible price with reasonable customer service."
11. Is BootsUSA.Com an Authorized Harley-Davidson Dealership?
Answer:  NO!

Answer: Basically--30 DAYS.
