Return Policy

  • Refunds will be cheerfully given on all boots that are returned.  If you need to return goods, call first to get the correct address. --- 1 888 720-8031  phone or fax.  Some boots will require a "Return Authorization Number" from the manufacturer.  Returns made without the Return Authorization Number will be refused and be subject to shipping costs in both directions.
     

  • From time to time, BootsUSA will sell Blem merchandise.  Blem merchandise or BLEMISHED is just that, defective product.  Most defects are of cosmetic nature and only reflect surface scratches, leather discoloration's, or slight color differences and therefore, the manufactures could not reasonably ask full price from regular retail outlets.  They sell them to us and we resell them at massive discounts.  Before Blems leave our warehouse, each boot is inspected manually to assure you that all major defects are pulled from shipments.  And yet,  some times a hidden defect get through,  so your close inspection is a safe guard to you.  Return any Blem boots that you are not satisfied with by calling for return authorization.
     

  • Be sure these boots fit you comfortably before you use them.
    Used boots may not be returned to BOOTSUSA and manufacturing
    and materials defects will be covered by manufactures warranties on 1st Quality boots only.  Boots not returned for credit with 3 weeks of invoice date will be considered "used boots" and may not be returned

     

  • If a box arrives to you marked FD or Blem; they have been sold "as is", so be sure you are fully satisfied before you wear these boots off the carpet.  Once these boots have been worn, they can not be returned.  Defects sometime appear at a later date so be sure you look your Blem boots over well before wearing them off the carpet.   If you exchange your Blem boots for a different pair upon inspection, there will be no restocking fees charged.
     

  • If you suspect that anything is wrong with our merchandise, please try the boots on and wear them on carpet as the "final inspection".  If you detect any defects, please make a note of it and return merchandise for a full refund or exchange;  its your option not ours.
     

  • Shipments made from outside Colorado.-- If  BOOTSUSA has to go outside of its own company to fill an order request (dropped shipped from manufacture), and if these items are returned for any reason other than major defect, there will be a 20% restocking fee charged. This is a charge that is "passed through" from the manufacturer and does not originate from BootsUSA but the manufacturer.
     

  • Returned boots will be subject to a reboxing fee of $5.00 if boxes are damaged or destroyed.

  • Occasionally, BootsUSA will sell returned merchandise that is in used condition.  These boots are sold  "as is" and may not be returned.

  •  

  • ITEMS PURCHASED ON ONE OF OUR eBay AUCTIONS MAY BE RETURNED BUT THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A $10.00 RESTOCKING FEE.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
     

  • No refunds will be made on shipping.
